The customer's existing hammer crusher generates excessive dust and uneven particle size, resulting in a high scrap rate. The output of 0-5mm sand (90% cubic) + 5-10mm aggregate complies with the Vietnamese TCVN 7570 standard.
The production capacity is 16 tons per hour (exceeding the target) to enhance production efficiency.
The power consumption is 30kw (low energy consumption), which is 50% lower than that of hammer crushers.
Dust emissions of less than 15mg /m³ (with water spray) comply with Vietnam's environmental protection regulations.
